Just enjoyed a perfect hard shell shredded beef taco. Paired with chips and mild salsa was much better than I anticipated, not for any other reason than I’ve had a hard time finding such a great little taqueria shop, love the service, environment is inviting, welcomes you to relax and enjoy your time.Great value. The cashier and one of the cooks, who stays outside, give horrible service. I felt like I was asking for my food for free. All the free tables were dirty and the girls were just talking. It was up to the only waitress I saw (Mariana) to clean some tables every time she brought the food. They gave me someone else's receipt and they almost didn't bring me my food because of that ? The food is very bad, and the service is the same, I don't recommend it at all.
I know the Owner and he is great. The food is great. The prices are reasonable and their salsa bar is one of the best. my only criticism is as a Caucasian I sometimes (I may be wrong but my husband of 13 yrs is Mexican and I don't think this is indicative of Latinos in general) I feel some sort of way with the service at this taqueria. Especially over the phone. Like I said I could just be imagining it. That being said, the food is so good that I can overlook the service.
Amazing place for taco Tuesday. $1.50 tacos with quite a bit of variety. Self serve sauces and great portions. Workers were also very hospitable.
