What Suzette Lawes doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Went in and their machines were acting up. She told me that my transaction didn’t go through so we tried a different form of payment. I checked my accounts and it went through on both. Told her and she said it will fall off the next day which it didn’t so we were charged twice. Went back and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that it happens all the time. The cuisine at this Taco Bell location met the expected standards of quality, mirroring the consistency found across the chain. However, the service did not rise to the same level. The staff overlooked a few items from our order, and there was a noticeable delay in processing our dine-in request, primarily because the entire team was preoccupied with managing the drive-thru orders.
