By far my favorite rotisserie chicken in the valley. The chicken is always juicy and the skin is so flavorful! I usually get the whole chicken with some potato salad or a side of rice. I like that the rice has bits of chicken in it. You can also get horchata here and it's not elderly sweet or powdery like in some other places. I've eaten from another location via uber eats and it was yummy. I've only been here once before about a month ago and the chicken was dry. I ordered a half chicken meal then. I'm here again today to give them another shot. Today I ordered 4 crunchy chicken taco. Hopefully my next review will be better. View all feedback.
Good chicken at a reasonable price and prepared for you within minutes is awesome.
The staff is unwelcoming, very unprofessional and treated the person in front of me completely different. The lady was bland and very rude/stand offish.
I had not been to Juan Pollo in many years. I remember back then there was a short Hispanic lady. I don't know if she was the owner or the manager, anyway, she always treated her customers with courtesy and respect. I went into the store and ordered in Spanish, the cashier gave a look and spoke to me in English. I don't have a problem speaking in either languages, but as a courtesy, she should have responded in Spanish. Her attention was to a coworker while I was ordering. The only reason I gave it two stars and not one is because I did like the potato salad. Sadly I will not be returning to Juan Pollo, I will go back to another favorite of mine, KFC.

Love the chicken….but it’s such a BIG DEAL to your crew to honor the $19.99 text special YOU HAVE POSTED on your window. It was questioned by 2 of your employees, didn’t know what I was talking about..After being challenged if I wanted the chicken for 23.99 t tx or my money back,By your manager .I chose my money. Not because I couldn’t pay the price , but the lack of Customer Service. I will miss your Great Chicken.
