Love the chicken?.but it?s such a BIG DEAL to your crew to honor the $19.99 text special you on your POSTED window. It was questioned by two of your employees, didn't know what I was talking about. After I challenged if I wanted the chicken back for 23.99 tx or my money, your manager. Not because I couldn't pay the price, but the lack of customer service. I miss your big chicken. Horrible stuff. I chose the chicken salad and it was tasteless. Lettuce on the salad was old, and salsa was frozen!! Place was stinky(drain) This was @Coachella location. Never coming back!

First time buying this Chicken and it was very flavorful and little to no grease residue. The rice is pretty good! Everything overall was amazing going back again.

The chicken tastes amazing, the service is great and fast, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

I love the chicken here, but it seems to be a big issue for your staff to honor the $19.99 text special that’s clearly posted on your window. Two of your employees questioned me about it and didn’t even know what I was referring to. When I asked if I could either get the chicken at the $23.99 price or get my money back, I was met with resistance from your manager. This wasn’t because I couldn’t afford the price, but rather due to the poor customer service. I really miss your big chicken.
