What Shannon Schinner doesn't like about Jalisco:
eating was not good in all service was ok I order birria tacos with consomé and they did not taste like birria had terrible smell to him and tacos al pastor the flesh look like it was very old had a terrible smell to him as well as we asked for quesadilla and it looked like the birria tacos. it was cheese and flour tortilla with meat inside. that's it. meat was super dry. in any case they do not recommend this place. Our old server from taco asado was there and we felt like at home and worth the 40-minute drive from Palm Springs to Coachella. Best tripa tacos slightly crunchy yet tender. Salsa was fresh and had a kick without being overwhelming. So delicious and the beans were my 3 years old favorite. My mother was happy with her lengua in salsa verde and she got her Jumbo flour tortilla. View all feedback.
