The ramen is good with thick broth, tender meat, and ok noodles, but the egg taste is strange. The pan-fried shrimp dumplings have sakura shrimp on the surface and shrimp meat in the filling, but the vegetable filling seems to be mostly scallions, which makes it a bit bitter. Overall, the taste and ambiance are good!
I tried the shrimp miso soup base and it was delicious! The shrimp paste was really flavorful and I highly recommend it.
