A new japanese teishokuya in Yuen Long. The plating is lovely, with main dishes and many small dishes put on a wooden tray. The food is very colourful and pretty to look at. Food wise, the taste is not authentic enough to me, it is something like Hong Kong style japanese food. The sauce and food ingredients choice is twisted with some local elements.
