We have been frequenting this restaurant for years. The food is consistently excellent, especially the haddock which is delicious. We have only encountered bones in it once out of many visits. The only issue is that I would prefer to have a smaller portion of chips with my meal as I cannot finish them all. However, this is not a major criticism.

This restaurant is the most disgusting and revolting fish and chip shop I have ever visited. The fish is large but lacks taste, and the chips are completely inedible. I have made multiple purchases here out of desperation, but each time the quality was disappointing. The online portions are much smaller than what you receive in person. I have been eating fish and chips for years and this is by far the worst experience I have had. I recommend trying the fish and chip shops at Balloch train station or Andy's in Dumbarton high street or Clydebank Co-op instead. It is shocking to think that this place is supposed to have a good reputation - they should be shut down.

The chips and curry were delicious, but unfortunately my can of Irn Bru was missing. I understand that you all can be busy, but it's important to double-check orders before they are given to customers.
