I never receive my order correctly at this restaurant, even after they repeat it back to me correctly. The service is now so unreliable that it seems to be par for the course.
Whenever I come for lunch, I always have to wait 30 minutes for a salad. Today, I've been waiting for 28 minutes and the last time they forgot to put my dressing in the bag. This visit will be my last at this restaurant.
Everything at this restaurant was too salty. I will come back next month to see if it has improved.
This restaurant is extremely slow and badly managed. During a busy dinner rush, they chose to clean the soda machine, causing an unsuspecting customer to try to get a drink and end up with their shirt drenched. When the customer brought it up to an employee, the response was just, "Oh, yeah, we're cleaning that," before they walked away. This place is terrible!
I placed my order online while heading to the restaurant but still had to wait an extra 25 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich after I arrived. It was 10:30 in the morning, and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.
