Antica Locanda - CLUSONE

After consulting the travel advisor and reading the menu outside, we opted for this restaurant. is practically that of the hotel ancient inn, in the historical center of clusone. the room is clean and maintained inside composed of various rooms. you can also have lunch outside. as before, we ate the “authentic ravioli” (it has nothing to do with the various types of ravioli) dish very particular as presentation but as goto knew little,. It is a pasta filled with pumpkin, black cherry and chives on cream cheeses with porcini, pumpkin seeds and speck. as seconds we chose the deer bocconcini to the grappa, very good, with polenta and trifolati mushrooms. as dessert we got the tiramisu and a homemade cheesecake really big. at the bakery level. the reception, service and preparation of the dishes were positive. my final judgment is enough with the advice to improve the “raviolo” and to taste especially the desserts that are really excellent.

When we want to take a tour to clusone and surroundings, the ancient inn is our point of reference. located in the center but in a slightly internal position that guarantees the right tranquility to privacy. comfortable and spacious rooms. excellent cleaning of the rooms and common rooms. the owners are very kind and helpful. large public parking within walking distance. the environment is warm, vaulted ceilings in the restaurant room, very characteristic. excellent food, typical products of bergamo, not very wide choice but quality. pizzas are also great. recommended!

The kitchen is good, and the service very kind and fast. I was disappointed only the birds, who knew almost nothing and traveled in a very aqueous butter. The small and neat environment. Note that does not meet the cost: but not being improposable, it is a little expensive. from the covered of 3€ and from the water, up the total could be lower.
