Terrible hotel! After we had to cancel our reservation due to illness, the hotel appeared to be unreachable to discuss what would happen to the deposit already paid. I sent them numerous emails and called many times, not once did we receive any response. I don't understand how a hotel can take itself seriously when it doesn't even have the respect and courtesy towards customers to speak to them. Really really disappo... View all feedback.

Very cute and quiet location beautiful location direct access for ski good eating and nice people
One of the best places in Les Carroz on the foot of a piste. The food is great and the small lobby with the fireplace inside the hotel is the perfect place for a drink.
