Restaurant Rod - Cluj-Napoca

Am servit masa la acest restaurant in 14.03.2023 iar ulterior am obat ca pe bonul de casa nu corespund prețurile si gramajele cu meniul, adica pe bon sunt notate portii de 1 kg iar in meniu de 350g. On cerut explicații pe Facebook iar răspunsurile au fost mai mult decât sumare, subliniază faptul ca cel mai probabil este o greșeală de software si nu este vina lor ca anincasează greșit clienții, probabile clienții sunt vinovați pentru I had lunch in this restaurant on 14.03.2023 and later I noticed that the prices and weights on the receipt do not match the menu, on the receipt they were 1kg beet meat in cash and on the menu 350g. I asked for explanations on Facebook and the answers were more than short, they emphasize the fact that it is most likely a software error and it is not their fault that they calculate the customers incorrectly, the customers are likely to ask for explanations. A disappointing experience that neither I nor my colleagues will repeat in the company!

I ate a very good, delicate braided pig neck and Dessert Amandina! sensational! Staff very friendly! I'm back with pleasure!

Excellent restaurant! Beautiful atmosphere as soon as you enter the square, with beautiful music, large smoking area and two floors inside. A wide selection of fine wines comes together with an interesting menu. If you love meat, this is your place! Congratulations to Flavio, our waiter, for his courtesy, professionalism and sympathy.

Soups were good, nicely served. But the food wasn 't good at all. We had a Burger, a pizza, royal duck and pork. Pizza and Burger were ok, the french fries were oily for my taste and the other two dishes were not good at all. Side dishes were old and the purees had crust. Moreover the food was served after more than an hour after we ordered. My feedback was received with total lack of politenes. The waiter told me the other people in the restaurant aren 't complaining about their food, well maybe only my puree had crust. So.. my question remains. Is this a fast food that seves late food or a fine dinning? 'Cause this is what you expect when you pay 80e for a meal.

Arriving at the restaurant, I was impressed to see their kitchen with a nice wood oven perfect to cook good dishes. It was smelling very nice. Unfortunately everything didn’t go well… our waitress was very nice but with a lot of tables to manage. The rest of the staff didnt pay atention about us and many times we had to call them but exept our waitress nobody brought us what we asked nicely. The food was not good at all. On the meniu it souds good but in reality was inverse. The burrata was served with a green salad coming directly from a plastic bag… we found old salads in our plate. They proposed us a free desert but we are not here to beg something for free. The principale plate was not also as expected. The lamb had a very strong taste. I would not recomand that restaurant that is more a place to be seen.
