Perfect restaurant. We have eaten there twice in one day. Food is great, the view was stunning and the waiter was extremely attentive and friendly. Absolutely a must for Cluj Napoca and the first restaurant in Romanian that we eat in that also did none Rumanian food well! View all feedback. disgusting low quality seafood, more than half were closed. the restaurant pretends to be of a high standard but the dishes are at the level of a cheap bar. do not recommend PS I specifically asked the waiter where the seafood came from and he told me it was fresh and it arrived from the Mediterranean yesterday.
