We enjoy the... read more It is the third time we visited the Off the Wall Restaurant within three years, and are absolutely delighted with the selection of food, and wine. We enjoy the wine and the atmosphere. The quality of food is outstanding. When we travel to Cluj-Napoca, a visit to Off the Wall for us is a must-do!

I am not a burger person but this one here was really, really good. Besides this they have all this artisan made beers that are just becoming famous in Romania. On the downside, we were close to the open kitchen and that brought a nasty smell in our clothes.

The wi... read more I've had a confusing experience at this restaurant. On one side, the staff was helpful and nice, the establishment looks great and has a good vibe to it. The wine was really good and the decor is nice. On the other side, the dessert was not as expected. The pana cotta was dry and extremely small for that price, the chocolate lava cake was a muffin (no puring chocolate from the middle), the pancakes were probably made from a powdered mix and were way too sweet. I will probably go back and try a burger to see how they stand on that side but for dessert it's a big NO.
