We had a two course meal here: onion cream soup was good, but not similar to the french style. Paella and fish was also decent - considering that we are not near the seaside so freshly caught fish and seafood remains a dream in Cluj.We really appretiated the service: our waiter was quick, friendly and able to give good recommandations about food and wine choices.It was a pleasent experience, we might come back again. What User doesn't like about Los Toreros:
We've been a couple of times to Los Toreros and each time we had a good dinner. The food was OK, not great and needs some improvement. The Spicy Mussels were really good, also the celery cream soup, but the other dishes we had - just average. When serving the mussels, the chef should pay attention and serve only the ones that are open (as far as I know). The server - each time - was very slow for an empty restaurant.... View all feedback.
My daughter is talking about that soup that she eat there since then. The food was excelent (my husband had ribs, I had meat with parmezan sauce, my daughter a local soup). We are used to fine dining, but the meals had no flaw. Since we where not in a hurry, we enjoyed everything.

Omg i still cant beleive it we ate there...First of all,what u saw on the photos its just a good photoshop,nothing nothing looks like on the photos. we ordered for enter MIX TAPAS, it was only written mix of cheese and meals.when the waiter arrive with the tapas we was shocked. some dry bread "grilled" with little chorizo,very bad quality, and olive,with a toothpick together. and another type with calamari what was frozen . NO OLIVE OIL,NO TOMATO,NOTHING SPANISH! 10 little things like this,all made with toothpick,for 40 Ron !!!impossible,im sure 100% no one of the product was from spain! we told to the waiter we are not happy with or command,and why they call this tapas if they dont know what is tapas. after this,the waiter call the manager and he start to make and argue with us,like he was 100 times in spain so he know what is tapas.We are big travellers,we live at 4 bours from spain,and we love spanish food and tapas. Believe me,this restaurant is anything only spanish restaurant isnt.If you wanna eat bad and EXPENSIVE u need to go there !
This place is certainly not a fast food, we waited more than an hour for these two dishes, but was really woth it!
The place looked Spanish, we had a daily menu which was Romanian and the music was Italian. The service was slow, but the waiter was very considerate, so overall a good experience.
