On business in Cluj this week I visited La Cina three times. It's very convenient for my office / hotel so that's why. Also it has a nice terrace with comfy chairs and big umbrellas - ideal for an Autumn evening. The service was friendly and the waitresses (they were all women) friendly. Night one I had a huge mixed grill which was too big to finish. Night two I just had a tuna salad and my colleagues had pasta dishes... View all feedback.

I have Been there yesterday for lunch with my colleagues. We ordered menu of the day (fried fries with crispy chicken strips). We were totally disappointed because the food was cold and chicken strips were overcook. View all feedback.
This is a good restaurant for lunch. 2 courses plus drink for 26 ron. good selection of Romanian food and near the city center.
Good food like at your mom's house "ca la mama acas The service was excellent, the staff was very attentive with us, helped us with food and wine recommendations. The actual place isn't chic, it looks dubious, but the food and staff compensates.
We found this place after being directed to another restaurant nearby. We are SO glad we stopped here instead! We sat in the terrace area, which was beautiful. We were in a bit of a hurry and let our waiter know that when he took...our orders. He suggested a few dishes which we could get quickly. Everything he suggested was delicious and appealing to the eye. We did get out quickly, and had 3 courses! The waiter was attentive and helpful, and the owner brought us complimentary desserts. The next time we travel to Cluj-Napoca we will eat here again and allow a little more time to enjoy this fabulous restaurant.
Eating is local, traditional. nothing from ordonary, but a decent eating. the place is not on a main road. we were 5, looking for a place to lunch without reservation, ordered the daily menu that was brewing in 5...minutes low prices. good customer service!
I quite often go to La Cina with my coworkers for lunch. They usually give a choice of Daily Menus, which they also post on their website. I really appreciate this, since I can make my choice in advance. You can also combine for example, get the soup from Menu and the main-course from Menu The staff are usually quite prompt in their service, they lag a bit behind a peak lunch hour though. But not by much. They are quite fast in taking orders and serving the food (at least when it comes to the Daily Lunch Menu). I've tried quite a few of their dishes and I have not yet been disappointed. The portions are also quite enough to fill you, they don't skimp on that part. Overall, I do recommend this restaurant, at least for the Daily Lunches. I have never been there outside of that time of the day, so I cannot write an opinion for Breakfast and/or Dinner.
