A perfect spot for the morning breakfast. The view is the best from the roof top. U can see the city center of the town and experience a very good dish. The vaiters are politely and the food excellent. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Klausen Burger:
Me and a couple of friends decided to come here to eat a breakfast. The first thing a waiter is taught is to listen to the customer. We had the worst, most dictator-like, grumpy and mean waiter. Not only did he waltz in thinking he's Kim Jung-Un, but he had the nerve to tell my friend to be quiet when she wanted to change her order. On top of this, we tried to have a word with the owner. Amazing views, especially at sunset. A very tasty meal I ordered a very tasty duck). People recommend the house beer, Klausen Burger. I don't have much refined taste in beer, but it was okay. Although all tables were occupied, the food was quite fast. The waiters are friendly and accomodating. I strongly recommend this place.
The drinks, where really good, sad we had to wait for the appetizers for a long time. When they arrived, the food was cold. We didn't complain because we were very hungry and didn't want to wait for another 25-30 minutes. It was also very busy and had no chance to tell a waitress. The food was still delicious only very cold. When we wanted to pay the bill, the waitress was in a hurry and did not ask how the food was. So we paid the bill and left. The food is good, it's just not a good experience we had in the restaurant.
I used to eat hear quite often before, last time I was here before today was about an year ago, and things have changed, and not for the better. I had American burger, what I usually order when here, I was quite shocked to see the fries were below average, kind of precooked fries,they had nice tasty fries before. Fewer onion rings and quite a smaller burger. And the price has gone up, obviously. For desert I had lava cake which I thought it was a joke, it was considerably smaller for 25 lei. I’ll chose other places from now on :
Was here as part of a large group after a conference. Really enjoyed the choice of beers and the food was good. Staff did well to serve us as quickly as the did and were friendly throughout.
The best place with a beautiful view over the city. Meals are very tasty and look very good. I recommend the 10/10
