Chelsea - Cluj-Napoca

I visited this restaurant at two different locations, both business meetings. the first time I ordered the breakfast, a court with laughs. when the food was surprised, there was no laugh! the second time I stayed inside during the covid 19 pandemic. I ordered a coffee, and I realized I forgot my agenda in the car. when I got up from the table, the waitress started screaming that I should wear my mask while I made a walk in her restaurant.

City is immaculate when they are a clean freak, they will surely love it. eating is excellent the shopping center is sweet

I had the worst pasta in cluj. they pour a little acidic cream on the boiled penne, which tasted like flour. we ordered carbonara and paste quatro formaggi and they tasted the same and saw the same, although I asked for tagliatelle, not penne. I recorded them at 5 minutes after the order. they had probably already cooked pasta before a dae and they threw up some sour cream, and that was it. and the portions were more than small, mini. afer, that we went into a super market to cook ourselves. it was very disappointing to consider that it wasn't the first time we went there.

I went there in the morning, at noon and in the afternoon and I like it every time. I like the dishes and the coziness of the place. Besides, the location is at hand for that part of the city.

I go there lots of times With my friends but everytime I order somehing to eat I get dissapointed. Eg. 3 times in a row I ordered crispy chicken and they were with blood.
