I've been here quite a few times and I decided to finally say my word on it.Pros: the view, the lake, the food (which I really liked)Cons: the waiting time - everytime I waited a lot for the order to be taken and even more for the bill, the rude attitude of the waiters.Personally I will come again, like I said, for the food and the location itself.There will be however room for a better serving. It a pity because is a beautiful decorated place ,with average food ....but the service is worst i ever had . Arrogantly personal ,time to wait for drinks it can take up to 30 minutes . The manager on duty is not prepared for his position, he behave rude and very arrogant.The food is mostly frozen not fresh prepared . I am sure that i will avoid this place even is very nice looking and has a very good position. View all feedback.
The staff leaves something to be desired. The two waitresses are very beautiful. They could see their zeal to work on their faces. Besides, it takes a long time to get your food.
Absolutely terrible food! Old and dry meat, pasta no sauce, cheap spices used! Never again! You can eat much better in any other place! Shame for the place!
Wet burger bun, underseasoned and undercooked meat. Fries not salted. They forgot to bring the spice- and napkin platter. They chairs were broken, missing pieces and mechanism for leaning the chair broken, I fell backward 4 times on 3 different chairs. The was very very unatentive and spent most their time in the bar with their backs turned. They also gave a distinctive upset face when I spoke english. It took 35 minutes from soda till the food arrived. Picture attatched of how NOT busy they were. When asking for the check I got another disgusted facial expression. No guard rails for the water. No table for changing diapers. Never visiting them again. Maybe my swedish expectations were to high?
The atmosphere at Carrousel is very cosy, and the terrace is very popular during summer. The food is very good and also the service in general but not when the restaurant is crowded !
Great location in the heart of Central Parc. Food is ok-ish but the service is very bad. Is not the perfect ratio of what you can get for that amounth of money.
