I had everything I needed. the best for me was the high reception courtesy and nice and helpful. a great end for my city stay

I stayed with my faust for 3 nights in room 302, even from check-in we felt odour of mold in the room. in the room we find water from the bathroom. cleaning was also bad, much dust in the room, especially in the bed. the bathroom was a chaos, the toilet was badly cleaned, the lid of the toilet was old and deteriorated full of bacteria. the wash basin was cracked. I think, choose another hotel and ask for their money back. the breakfast was average, they can eat better in the city or other 3 stars hotel.

Service staff is unfriendly and it takes longer than you wish to be served....Coffee is not really tasty, brushettas are served with old not toasted bread and there is no breafast : Was expecting something better from a hotel I still believ it can do more than that.
