We wanted something quick and tasty for dinner, so we decided to stop at a Wendy's, confident that we would have a good meal. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We ordered two Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, and fries. To our dismay, the burgers were thin and served cold, our sodas had no ice and were flat, and the fries were unseasoned and tasted old and limp. I am truly shocked by this experience. In Ohio, you can always count on getting a decent meal at any Wendy's. I would not recommend this particular Wendy's at all.

The service is quick, and they handle the drive-thru efficiently. However, the staff can occasionally come off as a bit rude.

Really disappointed becayse we love Wendy’s Chili when it is prepared correctly.
