The person working at th... read more I made the mistake of going to this restaurant (since I couldn't drive from my house). The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The person working at the front should be fired or at least reprimanded. The lady had informed me that their machine was down for maintenance, so I said I would wait as all they needed to do was refill the syrup. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was still being ignored by the employees. When I asked again, the lady rudely told me it was broken and walked away. I would have ordered something else, but it seemed like they didn't want my money.

Of course there are not the same e... read more Hallo that is candice, I think taco bell lets go slowly this restaurant, or the workers simply don't care how they also used. Of course there are not the same employees. I have neglected their customer service at least three times in the past, before a week and they understand that customers are there, and like other customers I was always nice to the employees. Anyway, I think I'm done giving my money to this business location. if you starve for eating there they do not care obviously they 'll let them just wait or maybe there are only selects who they want customer service they want. in addition, the tacos, burritos, etc. prices are climbing and the portions are either equal or smaller, just to fit the small pocket. I will no longer buy their Burrito premiums because they are reduced there in running the time. also, a few years ago, when a nice hired man told me, yes we sell breakfast here when I asked. at 10 o'clock on another day I gave this taco bell a chance on the breakfast menu and another older dame was waiting in the line for them to be ordered, and I asked if they still helped? she smiled to me and said they didn't even recognize me yet, but I see her. I've been seen, but they haven't come to ask what I want to order. Anyway, I was shocked, I said I'm sorry about the hope we're both waiting soon. I said thank you for being nice, even if they don't confirm we're here in a minute, I think I'm going somewhere else for quick eating. I wish her luck on her customer service and she said quickly, they know what my friend, think they, I'll go too, I've waited long enough! I opened the door for her and she thanked me, we went away our separate ones. I understand, taco bell makes money there, but this place does not make it out of customers to lose. they were more and more versatile with all customers, and with gas prices that were high now, they also did not seem to care that customers left to find trusting restaurant. but a good day.

They hustle hard to make sure your food is out quickly due to the micromanage computer that monitors the order time. The door dash people do make errors to grab the wrong food and verifying the items. We had a issue with duplicate namepeople. But the manager was able to assist. No money back or exchange of the food. However we had to reorder our items.
