I was running on a tight schedule and had an upcoming performance, but they did not give me my food for 50 MINUTES, making me miss pre-rehearsals. During the wait I repeatedly asked more than once when my food will be ready, only forthem to give me an half effort excuse of, ?we?re serving customers in front of you.? When they were serving customers BEHINDME. The only person I will give much credits to is James. James got off of his break, politely asked what I ordered, and made itfor me in a span of 2 minutes. Thank you, James. Other than that, absolutely horrendous service.

I have been here 3 times and it gets worse every time. The first 2 times the drive through took forever. And the food is wrapped so loose that one time when I wad pulling food out the the bag to ensure I received everything I ordered, the burritofell apart all over me and my car. This last time I decided to go inside. I waited t the counter for several minutes and no oneacknowledged me. One employee walked right by me and did nothing. I decided to try ordering at the kiosk. The machine wouldn'ttake any of my cards. It kept saying insert chip, and when I inserted the chip it would say it couldn't read the chip. Thishappened on all my cards. Again a worker walked right by, looked at me and did nothing. So now I have to drop off my kids withno dinner and I have a ruined pair of pants. HORRIBLE!

Not today. I'm not sure how they mess up tacos but they did. No flavor, even less meat. Even hot sauce couldn't save them. At least the shell and vegetables were fresh. Do yourself a favor, buy a taco kit from the market and makethem yourself. These were bad.
