Anyway we came to this Taco Bell in Ashland and Peach coz my granddaughter really want this Mexican pizza, told the manager the issue in Fowler and Shields and she gave us the Mexican pizza for free. This manager deserves great review. Her name is Bianca, she’s great with excellent customer service. She told me “I’ll take care of you” and she did it with a beautiful smile.

And I mean the line doesn 't mov... read more This is the worst taco bell ever. They skimp on the ingredients. You will literally get stuck in the drive thru for 40 minutes. And I mean the line doesn 't move, like at all. This is a regular occurrence. I 'm confident they are literally looking to mess up orders on purpose. Talk to the manager and she is completely complacent. Making excuses like they are all trainees or theyre all minors. This has been going on since at least November. So the trainee excuse just doesn 't cut it. Or they 're short on staff. So I say ok, so as a manager is it not your job to fix these issues? She proceeds to try and talk over me "the entire conversation. Then the same excuses. She was super short with me. Lacked any bit of responsibility whatsoever. Told me she was tired of listening to me complain and said I can get a refund. Which I asked for 5 mins earlier. She then starts to rush me off the phone to which I said wait did you even write my name down? I was met with 30 seconds of silence before she hung up on me. Called 4 times. No answer. On the 5th someone else answered. Clearly intentional. She picks up the phone Give her my name . I was honestly baffled so I was like "do you really think this is what your employer expects from you as a manager? Then she hung up on me again.

Oh my. Where do I start?? I ordered a Mexican pizza and they didn?t even cut it. I let that go until finding out that after ordering a chicken power bowl; they... read more Oh my. Where do I start?? I ordered a Mexican pizza and they didn?t even cut it. I let that go until finding out that after ordering a chicken power bowl; they didn?t have any utensil . We asked for a spoon or fork or anything since we were dining inand they all just looked at us like they were so confused . They didn?t offer to return our food or anything . So, we decidedsince there was no way of eating the food we ordered we would ask to return it. Took the girl ten minutes to even acknowledge usstanding there, even though there?s nobody in the restaurant or drive thru! What are the employees doing , hiding in the back? After waiting and waiting we just decided the money wasn?t worth the wait and left . Worst Service Ever! The girl who took ourorder has a great personality but can ya all learn some guest service basics? Not returning to this location .

The employees look loaded everytime I go, their fountain drinks taste like their dispenser hasn't been cleaned. They tend to get my order wrong time and time again andthe employees are pretty rude if you address something with them. One time I ordered food and drinks and the employee atdrive-through just gave me my drinks and no food and told me to have a nice day until I told him about my food but that didn'teven matter because he got my order wrong anyways. The only good thing I can say is I didn't get boiling hot water thrown on me.I'll just choose Del Taco to avoid these problems.
