After COVID, it can be challenging to know what to expect when dining out, but this Taco Bell did not disappoint. I was impressed with everything from the service to the food. The staff was friendly when we placed our order, and a supervisor came by to check in on us and other tables. The food was fresh and served hot. We’ll definitely be coming back! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I've traveled all over the West Coast, and I have to say, this place is by far the worst. The employees always seem out of it whenever I visit, and the fountain drinks taste like the machines haven't been cleaned in ages. They consistently get my order wrong, and the staff can be quite rude when addressing customers. As always. it's Taco bell! an ingenious customer service and attention to waiting for the time that is made for an ingenious culinary experience.
I don't know if they're just being lazy, but have not been able to order at all from this place during late night. Claims to be open til 1am. I've tried 3 times and each time their system is down.
We went to Taco Bell In Fowler and Shields ordered Mexican Combo waited for more than 30 minutes and found they ran out of Mexican pizza so they refunded the Mexican pizza but so many customers there angry coz the manager didn’t communicate with us. Anyway we came to this Taco Bell in Ashland and Peach coz my granddaughter really want this Mexican pizza, told the manager the issue in Fowler and Shields and she gave us the Mexican pizza for free. This manager deserves great review. Her name is Bianca, she’s great with excellent customer service. She told me “I’ll take care of you” and she did it with a beautiful smile.
This is the worst taco bell ever. They skimp on the ingredients. You will literally get stuck in the drive thru for 40 minutes. And I mean the line doesn 't move, like at all. This is a regular occurrence. I 'm confident they are literally looking to mess up orders on purpose. Talk to the manager and she is completely complacent. Making excuses like they are all trainees or theyre all minors. This has been going on since at least November. So the trainee excuse just doesn 't cut it. Or they 're short on staff. So I say ok, so as a manager is it not your job to fix these issues? She proceeds to try and talk over me "the entire conversation. Then the same excuses. She was super short with me. Lacked any bit of responsibility whatsoever. Told me she was tired of listening to me complain and said I can get a refund. Which I asked for 5 mins earlier. She then starts to rush me off the phone to which I said wait did you even write my name down? I was met with 30 seconds of silence before she hung up on me. Called 4 times. No answer. On the 5th someone else answered. Clearly intentional. She picks up the phone Give her my name . I was honestly baffled so I was like "do you really think this is what your employer expects from you as a manager? Then she hung up on me again.
Taco Bell's food tastes like taco bells Mexican food. Here at this restaurant the service is fast, friendly, the food is good and the place is clean
