When my partner arrived at the drive-thru, they informed him it would take 15 minutes for the order, but nothing happened. He then decided to go inside, and the... read more When my partner arrived at the drive-thru, they informed him it would take 15 minutes for the order, but nothing happened. He then decided to go inside, and they ended up FaceTiming me so I could show them that the app didn't reflect any of our order. He provided them with the screenshot of the order and the bank transaction, clearly showing that we had been charged. The employee we spoke with mentioned his frustrations with the app as well, but in the end, they failed to honor the order. Instead, they suggested we could place another order and go through the process again. It was disappointing to see Taco Bell’s app fail so terribly, especially when we had proof of our order. This was a massive letdown, and it was disappointing that Taco Bell's staff and management missed the opportunity to resolve the issue, making what should have been a simple night out into a complicated ordeal instead.
