Although the app ordering process was not perfect, the sandwiches were outstanding and incredibly delicious! I did use the app to place my order in advance, but unfortunately, my order didn't start being prepared until after the promised time. I was excited about the convenience of ordering ahead, so that was a bit disappointing. It seems like they might be experiencing some challenges with handling app orders.

The young man at the counter is incredibly kind and genuine. I love trying new sandwiches almost every evening, and he is always exceptionally helpful with his suggestions! I highly recommend this place to everyone I know. Great job, keep it going, Luke!

The lady used tiny melon scoops to place just a small, uneven scoop of tuna on a six-inch piece of bread—one more tiny scoop and that was it! She then spread that minuscule amount of tuna across the entire bread. The shredded lettuce was piled high, of course. Ridiculously stingy! They charged me $7 for it and then asked if I wanted to add chips and a drink. No, thank you! Seriously, if you're hungry for a tuna sub, this is not the place. What a rip-off!

You can even see the staff grimace when you customize your sub with extra ingredients, as if they want to discourage you to save a few cents. Over the past year, they’ve stopped accepting coupons, deliberately reduced the quality and quantity of ingredients, and, worst of all, significantly raised their prices. All the while, they treat you as if you’re the reason for their miserable attitude.
