I usually love everything in my sandwich.... read more First time at this location. Next time I?ll be very specific on what I want and how much of it I want on my sandwich. I usually love everything in my sandwich. Except this time. The staff squeezed too much mayo on my sandwich. I?m not a big fan of mayo. They make the sandwiches quickly and I didn?t have time to tell her to take some mayo off. I thought it would even out once allthe toppings were on but unfortunately it didn?t. Mayo oozed out of everywhere. Lesson learned for next time. Otherwise my SpicyItalian sandwich hit the spot.

Today I was and was met with a communication break down and lack of understanding. Will not be returning to this location. Ifanything I?d like to say the older woman with short hair has always done a great job. I feel she?s a great employee that hasalways given good service. For the management and how this location is ran, I can?t promote them as I feel that is where theproblem lies.

They have all these new sandwiches, so I checked the coupon to make sure they weren’t excluded from the deal. After ordering, I was told the coupon couldn’t be used on these new sandwiches. I pointed out that the coupon didn’t say that, but the employee didn’t care. As a result, I ended up paying about $13 more than I expected. Why send out coupons advertising new sandwiches if they don’t apply to them? It’s ridiculous.

Today, I was fired simply for wanting to speak with corporate. This happened when you ordered any new Subway sandwich.
