I was asked to go get my cup to show that I ordered earlier by mobile. When I asked for a refill I was told they don't do cold brew. Stressful and embarrassing experience.

For a long time I've always appreciated the excellent service. When I was still working a few years back I had a early morning service call to attend to at 5:00 A. M. On the way to friant I stopped at Starbucks for a Green Tea being that I was recovering from a flu bug. The supervisor told me they were out and asked if I would accept a different herbal tea which was good with me. I was getting ready to pay for my tea and supervisor on duty was telling me there is no need to pay after I was willing to pay and the supervisor was saying we should've had what you originally asked for so it's on us. I've always had very good service at a Starbucks no matter what location I've gone to. I know they've been around a long time and I hope they're around for many more years to come. A Business like this deserves 10 stars. Thanks Starbucks. Keep up the great customer service.
