I would advise against reprimanding a customer for placing an order through the app instead of at the drive-up sign. It should take the same amount of time to prepare my order whether I order via the app while pulling in or directly at the screen. I prefer to customize my drink, and the app makes that easy. This location is hit and miss.
This starbucks is the worst! No matter what, they always find a way to make you wait. i've even ordered in advance only to still end up waiting. The location is nice and the drinks are always good, but that doesn't make up for the long wait every time.
