Starbucks - Clovis

Don't ever school a customer for ordering from the app instead of ordering at the drive up sign it should take the same amount of time if I order from the app when i am pulling in the drive through as it does if I order at the screen I just know how I like my drink and the app makes it easy so don't ever reprimand a customer especially not one who has been a faithful customer to your location for years. I was not complaining how long it took to prepare and there was no one else in line so yea a little unprofessional for you to have done. Maybe think twice next time and grin and bare it and save the frustration for the people that deserve it instead of a woman with her child. Thanks!

The employees at this Starbucks are always super friendly and helpful. They even will offer a pup cup to my dog when they notice my dog in the car.

This starbucks is the worst! No matter what, they always find a way to make you wait. i've even ordered in advance only to still end up waiting. The location is nice and the drinks are always good, but that doesn't make up for the long wait every time.

It 's a Starbucks! This location has one wall-length mural of coffee leaves on a green, canvas-looking texture. There is a good amount of seating, with one large table in the center of the seating area, and some nice window bench seating. As of July of '23)There is good bike parking, and some of the best outdoor seating of any nearby locations, alldirectly connected to the sidewalk! It 's also nearby a grocery store and several restaurants, local as well as chains, as well as having a very nice barber right across the parking lot, all within easy walking distance in the same parking lot. The bathrooms are always open and cleaned regularly, as well. This location does also feature charging ports near all tables, as well.One issue: the seats are rather hard wood, with no soft ones to be found...The drink pickup is right by the ordering counter to the rear of the floor from the front door, if anyone was wondering. ⁠≧⁠⁠≦⁠)All in all, definitely a good Starbucks.
