Then they told me they c... read more If I could give less stars I would. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with only mayonnaise and onions with cheese tots as the side. Then they told me they can't add cheese to tots anymore. So I checked the menu and decided on chili cheese tots. And they said they can't do that either even though it's clearly on the menu. Then when I got to the window I asked why they can't put cheese on them anymore and no one had an answer at all. So I asked how long they've had this rule and no one could answer that one either. So I asked is it all Sonic stores or just this one and once again they had no answer. So I got my food and left. Only to find out my burger was made with only mustard lettuce and tomato. Not even close to what I ordered. Mistakes happen and I understand that. So I went back and explained the situation. Then the manager came over and asked how my burger was supposed to be cooked. So now I've explained it three times and I get the replacement burger and it doesn't even have bacon on it. When I explained it to the lady she seemed just as confused as the first time. And I had to explain it to someone else once again. This is just ridiculous. No one in there had a hairnet or gloves on either. Something I noticed at the last minute. But I guarantee I will never go back to that place.
