However, when I called today, I discovered that the credit wasn't in my account. I spoke with the general manager, who honored the credit for me. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!

To be honest, the amount of pepperoni was quite disappointing; there wasn't much at all. I signed up as a new customer because they promised a free order of breadsticks, but they didn’t include any with my order. Overall, I found the price to be unreasonable, and I really don't think it was worth it.

The tables were dirty, so I had to clean them myself. I even asked the cashier for a cloth and cleaner in front of the assistant manager, who simply said, "Sure... read more The tables were dirty, so I had to clean them myself. The pizza was disappointing; despite requesting no tomatoes, they still ended up on my pizza.

The dough tasted frozen, there was barely any tomato sauce, and the cheese was burnt. I ordered at 6:00 PM for a 6:20 PM takeout pickup. It must have been leftover from lunch and left in the warmer all day, so it was dried out—maybe even from yesterday. It’s pathetic. Do they really think I wouldn’t notice? No customer in the store would put up with this; I would have walked out. I want a refund!

When I called today, I discovered the credit wasn’t applied to my account. After discussing it with the general manager, he honored the credit. Excellent customer service!
