Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Hadn't been to Red Robin in years. But got the urge. So disappointed. I'm low carb. And asked for a protein style burger server had no idea what that was. So I ordered a salad. It was discent. But the place was dirty. Table was sticky, window seal full of dust and dead bugs, waiters pants looked like he worked on cars, floors a mess. Very sad and disappointing.

Hostess was rude didn’t even make eye contactServer Savannah stopped checking up on us once given more tables I waited 20-30 mins to be able to finally get her attention and ask for sauce. Never was able to get a refill , she didn’t ask. Also never was even able to get a box had to just pay on the tablet since she never came back wasn’t even worth $50 . Hadn’t been here in years and definitely won’t be coming back again very disappointed

My friends and I meet on Fridays for lunch and today's choice was Red Robin. They have burgers by the town, though, since I'm not really into red meat I got the impossible cheese burger and it was great. Lots of other dishes all around. We had a little trouble at checkout time on the machines, hey we're old give us a break.Vegetarian options: 1, they have at least three vegetarian burgers, 2, they have a variety of salads and I should looked closer. My impossible burger was very goodWheelchair accessibility: This one restaurant has more disabled parking than any other I have been to yet. The parking is properly marked, ramps and someone is usually monitoring the front door as it is heavy, I'm not sure it has the auto open feature.

Hostess staff will talk behind your back about your party while using profanity language and derogatory terms towards others. If you simply can't direct people to a table nicely, I don't think the service industry is for you. Things happen but people don't deserve to be talked about behind there back. If you can't handle your job task; reconsider your position.

Garlic fries were fresh and crispy... I would of liked wayyyyy more Garlic and cheese thoughOrdered thru Activemenus it was easy!
