Today before I ordered... read more This is one of my top places to order out. I love the gluten-free options (noodles and tofu . I suffer inflamed joints when I eat gluten. Today before I ordered door dash, I called the restaurant directly to find out which broth is gluten-free. I am (99% vegetarian so would normally choose the vegetarian broth, but I was told the only gluten-free broth is shoyu. So when i made my door dash order I ordered the 3 gluten-free options (noodle, tofu, shoyu broth . And then 2 minutes after I placed order, Kaybee (sp? from the restaurant called me back. She recognized my door dash order after my phonecall and wanted to let me know the soft boiled eggs arent gluten free (marinated in soy sauce . I thought that was really awesome they care about their customers to pay such attention and be so proactive to warn me . Oh... and the gluten-free egg choice would be fried, btw.

The ramen had too many mush... read more I got a Custom Ramen and Rice Bowl (Donburi), both were delicious! My only complaints were that they both had too many green onions. The ramen had too many mushrooms and only 3 small slices of pork cha-su that had a lot of fat on them. The Side Fried Rice was bomb!!

It can get busy dinning in so make sure you scout a seat prior to ordering. Definitely a must try and it is surprisingly very reasonably priced for such good quality food.
