Parisien Bakery - Clovis
Parisien Bakery
Description
Nestled in Old Town Clovis, this charming Euro-style bistro is beloved for flaky croissants, inventive cronuts, macarons and strong coffee. Sunlit outdoor seating and a cozy atmosphere make it a favored breakfast stop and hotel guests return for pastries and sandwiches. Reviews praise presentation and select staff, but note uneven service and occasional stale or disappointing cakes, with some patrons finding prices high for the quality. Overall, a delightful pastry-focused spot with inconsistent execution.

Feedback
The food was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. However, the restaurant has a strong smell of fried food and feels quite stuffy. It seems like they might not have a ventilation system, or it could be too costly for them to operate.
Our favorite and to go place for pastries and my granddaughter loves the crepes.
However, there's one issue I'd like to address, and I hope the manager sees this: there simply isn't enough seating inside. There are only four small tables, which isn't sufficient. While there are several tables outside, many customers prefer to avoid sitting in the heat or cold. Expanding the indoor seating would definitely attract more patrons. I truly love this place!
The restaurant is hidden in the downtown area among various buildings, with street parking available. It features many symbols of Paris, but it doesn't feel as authentically French as the bakery in Fig Garden. However, the service is excellent, and the coffee is quite good as well.
