Worst customer service at this location , the girl serving our bowls was very rude around 7:30 plus she under portion our chow mien then ignored us when we asked a question, then when we were paying for our food the cashier Devin was also extremely rude when we asked for some sauce packages with a remark that they cost the company 4 cents a packet like who treats customers like there not wanted there ? Come Panda Express do better ?

Dude the food has no tase what the hell happend this the 4 time this week it’s tasty at all. The location on blkstn is still the same. This one by the house it don’t taste right.
I opted for takeout because my disability can be triggered in crowded environments, but it turned out to be a mistake. I unintentionally upset some customers by following the app's instructions and going to the registers. While there was a sign indicating the pick-up area, it was not clearly marked or spacious enough for those needing to wait. One woman became frustrated, which triggered my disability, so I ended up standing in a long line trying to explain to a staff member that I just needed to pick up my order. It was difficult for me to communicate due to my condition. When I finally received my food, I asked the manager if I had followed the right procedure, but the woman who was upset began pushing my child and me, as we had moved ahead of her. It was an embarrassing situation. Although the manager was kind, this situation should never have happened. There needs to be a designated area for pickups that does not interfere with walk-in customers. People often overlook others' needs, especially when they are hungry.
