Pad Thai has an extensive menu of noodles to rice flour along with its various scolville heat units levels (mild, medium, hot). I had a mango chicken salad with medium heat and the salad dressing is a sweet lime juice. I tasted the spices, the sweet and sour in this great dish. Other ingredients include red onion, cilantro, scalion (green onion), peanuts and many red pepper flakes. I want Pad Thai extrakudos with a sweet dessert like the one I had, what was Mango Sticky Rice. This dessert had discs fanned on the side of the plate and a sticky rice in the form of a heart with a warm coconut cream and choped pieces of peanut. That was so delicious and it was the best I ever wanted. I give Pan Thai a 5 star rating. Not only for three different types of food and unique food, but also for their support for military and veterans with a discount on the bill. I appreciate that. Thanks Pam Thai.

First of all they have go... read more I was in Clovis looking for something to eat. My niece asked if I was interested in trying out this place, I agreed since it's nearby. First of all they have good selection of food on the menu, it's also helpful that they added photos on the side and a clear description of the plate. The waitress was helpful and attentive. I ordered the Thai tea, spring rolls, and basil fried rice with shrimp and medium spice. Food was good, I just wish they would add a bit more shrimp. Overall good place a bit of a wait, but went by quick.

All the ingredients used seem to be of high quality as the aftertaste of eachbite leaves you wanting another.

The food is amazing and well worth the price and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Any problems we hadwere immediately taken care of. I will definitely be returning.
