The service is exceptional, and the chefs are skilled at crafting rolls that look like works of art. The ingredients, especially the fish, are always fresh. Unless I have time constraints that force me to go elsewhere, I almost always choose Ooi. The only drawback is that, unlike some other places, the service can be a bit slower due to the chefs taking their time to ensure everything is delicious and beautifully presented. But this attention to detail is definitely worth it!
