They no longer allow customers to add their own toppings, which ta... read more This used to be my favorite frozen yogurt place, but I've been disappointed with the changes. They no longer allow customers to add their own toppings, which takes away from the joy of customizing your froyo. The toppings are simply piled on without considering the flavors of yogurt you've chosen. The experience just isn't what it used to be. It used to be my go-to spot for a treat, but now I'll only be visiting places that offer self-service, especially since COVID measures haven't been necessary for quite some time.
