The last couple of times we left, the drive was quite long. Ascending takes a bit. Don't wait this time! The team was there! After payment we moved to the pick-up window and a happy, focused member kept my daughter's drink out of the window. Followed by our food. The order, a bit custom was perfectly filled! Thanks Mickey D 's Clovis and Herndon Team! You dried it! Kudos to your manager!

And I'm so glad they brought the orange HI-C back.

I'm not to sure what was going on but we did a curb side pick up at this location and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks and a large French fry. We... read more I'm not to sure what was going on but we did a curb side pick up at this location and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks and a large French fry. We ended up having to go through the drive thru to ask where our order was which was actually just sitting on the counter top for the entirety of our wait. I only know this because the my drink had all the ice melted and the soda was majorly watered down. I'd excuse this but this location and many other McDonald's locations have really been slacking lately and also with disrespectful employees that don't bother to answer a simple question but instead cut you off and walk away. Hopefully this can be corrected because my kids love getting kids meals from these establishments but I will discontinue if I see it keeps happening.

Got to the food window and the girl asked us to wait for the fries we waited about 10 minutes. I noticed a sheriff car behind me as I was waiting. When thegirl came out with the fries she yelled at me what type of sauces did I want, then immediately said oh none and went to slam thewindow. I told her to wait got my phone to record and the rest is on my tick tock algenonn. She ended up slamming the window inmy face for no reason.

BUT... everytime I go to this one they are a sloppy mess! And no extra accept maybe one pickle slice. Really messed! This stuff isnot cheap or good for you! At least fix it neatly! Slobs!
