This is HANDS DOWN the absolute best Mexican food I've ever eaten. We route our trips out of state through Clovis for this one restaurant. The servers are top notch, always super friendly, and willing to always accommodate you. You absolutely have to try the fried avocado stuffed with chicken and cheese. Must!

The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. I tried the Stuffed Avocado which was served with rice, beans, and a delicious Sour Cream Sauce. It was to die for! My husband enjoyed the Combo Fajita with Sopapillas, giving it a 4 out of 5. The Sopapillas were crispy and flaky, and the homemade tortillas were fantastic. We also tried the Fried Ice Cream, which was huge and delightful. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
