However, this particular In-N-Out location is one of my least favorite, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, it was still a great experience!

There's usually a line to wait in, but it's always worth it. Thank you for providing the comfort food I needed today—you really came through for me. I appreciate you, In-N-Out!

They've never gotten our order wrong, and the customer service is outstanding. Unlike the lines at Disneyland, this wait is definitely worth it.

We've never had an issue with our order, and the customer service is outstanding. It's definitely a line worth waiting in, especially compared to those at Disneyland.
