My daughter ordered a steak dinner, and her steak was rubbery, so we ended up tossing it. We paid for everything despite not enjoying our meals, and we won't be returning. The pancakes were cold when they arrived, and we could hardly manage to eat three bites.

When we arrived, there were only two tables occupied, and by the time we left, we were the only ones there. This is slightly worrying, given that IHOP hasn't always had the best reputation. However, I must admit that we had a delightful experience. If you've had a bad experience before, I suggest giving them another try. The cleanliness of the place was also impressive, which is quite crucial!

After arriving home, my mother realized she had left her purse at the restaurant. The following day, I called and spoke with the manager, Angelica, who confirmed they had found the purse. She kindly offered to mail it back and said she would provide a tracking number. I even offered to cover any shipping costs. However, nearly two months have passed and we still haven’t received the purse. Angelica reassured me several times that the purse was in their possession and even checked inside to confirm my mother's name. Despite multiple follow-ups, she claims to have sent it but has misplaced the receipt. We were very hopeful that my mother would get her purse returned.
