The bathroom is horrible, I don't even want to use it. Been that way for several years. They have lied to me about the A/C not working, when I asked before being seated. It was miserable, left early. The food is good though. But I wonder how clean the kitchen is if the bathroom looks the way it does. View all feedback.
I went there for my birthday dinner and absolutely loved the entire experience!
Despite hearing reports of rats and roaches, we decided to take a chance on this restaurant, and we're glad we did. First off, they show appreciation for military personnel. Now, onto the review: based on what others had said, I made a point to look for any signs of pests, but I couldn’t find anything at all. I won’t belabor the point. The staff were professional and courteous, and they were quick to refill our drinks without us even having to ask. We visited at noon on a Sunday; there was a decent crowd, but it didn’t hinder our ability to choose our meals. The food was hot and surprisingly delightful for a buffet. They also offered a wide variety of options, including sushi rolls. We’ll definitely be dining here again, as both the food and staff exceeded our expectations. A fifth star is tough to earn for any restaurant, so this isn't a criticism of them in my review.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and unfortunately encountered a roach crawling on my table. I informed both my server and the manager, but they acted as if they didn’t see it and refused to acknowledge it. Additionally, the food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time, with some of it already moldy and turning green. After seeing all this, I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything, not even a single plate. I requested a refund because I don't believe it's reasonable to pay for food that is moldy and has pests nearby. However, they refused to provide a refund or even a discount. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.
