I made a major mistake with my order, I owned it but was allergic to the #1 chicken steak, but they took care of me anyway. It is people like them that puts Charley's in a goodcorporate light. And... my #7 was sooo good. I hope corporate acknowledges employees like Alexandria and Brian.

There were 2 gentlemen cooking and a woman as the cashier, all 3 of them were super welcoming made sure my sandwich was fire, and the mixed lemonade wasamazing. One of the guys even helped an old lady to the restroom. They had a good vibe going on in the restaurant and you cantell they work well together. Seriously great group of employees.

It came with little mayo then cold l... read more Charley's does follow safety protocols. They have decent sandwhiches. I ordered the philly cheesesteak with cheddar cheese. It came with little mayo then cold lettuce tomatoes and pickles. Was an interesting add that i politely tossed to the side. Iordered the jalapeno fries. It comes with nacho cheese sauce, ranch and jalapenos. They were okay. They serve coca colaproducts. There is a Jamba Juice, Which Which sandwich, Panera Bread and Chicken Shack all next to it so there are options forall eaters if several options are needed. They offer outdoor seating. The sandwich is okay and fries are thicker soft fries withnacho cheese. Not bad.

My only minor issue was that the Cheese Whiz was a bit too salty for my liking. Aside from that, everything was great!

Had a wonderful din... read more The staff at Charleys Philly Steaks are fantastic. My husband had a specific way he wanted his sandwich, and they prepared it exactly right. Had a wonderful dinner with the family. Also, the strawberry lemonade is a must-try!
