Need I say more? Okay I will. Its pouring rain, I pull up to the order screen. Silence for 20 seconds as I get soaking wet. Why? Because theres no awning over the ordering area. Can’t hear a word she’s saying because her volume is all the way down. I say no tomato 3 times and it still had tomatoes. Now I pull up to pay and guess what, theres half an awning to keep the employees in the window dry but what does that do? Glad you asked. It drips all the water like a gutter right into my car window! Stupid design. But yea, paper straws. Lost my business

I was informed by th... read more My wife met up with a rude counter server and was very rudely treated by the shift manager when I called to ask why things had gone poorly. I was informed by the arrogant shift manager that I probably could not afford to eat at BK and he suggested that I take my business elsewhere. He will be listened to. My wife was a three to four time a month customer at this location. That ended with the comment from the shift manager. He needs training in dealing with the public. His franchisee must be doing quite well in this economy that allows his employees to recommend taking their business to another place. As far as I am concerned; the King is dead to me.

The onion rings were slightl... read more This is one of the better Burger Kings we have been to. The service was great. The dining area was clean. Everything was delicious. The onion rings were slightly soggy, but they were still good. We would recommend and we would visit again if in the area.Be mindful, the parking lot is cramped, and there are other nearby restaurants. It was a little hectic getting out of the parking lot at lunch time.
