Baja Fresh Mexican Grill - Clovis

I tried the BBQ Chicken Salad and was very impressed. Great dressing, fresh green and huge taste. The chicken was not perfect, but it tasted good. The chips, guacamole and salsa were all great. Perhaps the best part of the service meal was. The cashier was very friendly and excited to serve, and he checked me a few times during my meal, although it is not a waited restaurant. This place is worth a shot if you are in the mood for fresh, tasteful and fast Mexican.

I took part before lunch. The new Torta court delicious. I like the Burrito with Carnitas. Four different varieties of salsa. All fresh smell and tasting. Good service and clean environment.

The service here is mediocre I didn't like how I rushed when I ordered this, my first time ever came to Baja fresh and the lady in the register seemed very upset when I tried to make my order. The salsa did not taste fresh, my brother ordered a chicken ridge and he was not impressed that he was unable to finish his meal. I had to taste shrimp tacos they taste good, but for the price the food should be fresh, there is a sign above the register that says everything natural so that you would think that the food would be fresh. The whole atmosphere in the restaurant was somehow blah I don't think I'm stopping from another Baja Fresh. Although Baja has been freshly in front of Rubios in the store, I believe that this is a Rubio type of feeling, it except the menu is a little confusing.

I have a food allergy can 't eat onions. Since everything is prepared early in day (w/ onions), there was no way to hold the onions. the only option they offered me was a quesadilla. I was in a hurry hungry, so I ordered a shrimp quesadilla for $10. It was a little larger an average tortilla, with cheese, and about 10 pieces of baby shrimp. Not worth the price or time.
