A&w - Clovis

Co-located with Long John Silver's. I stopped here for lunch and ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. It was hot and freshly made. The fries were also hot out of the fryers. Both were delicious. A&W Root Beer from the drink dispenser is always good. No issues with this visit. There's plenty of parking. The service was friendly. I'll probably come back, and when I do, I'll try Long John Silver's.

Disappointed in the lemonade shake. Does not taste like lemon much less lemonade.

Since the place was empty. We decided to go in. It was 7pm. We waited at the front counter to be helped. The workers at the drive thru window noticed us and didn’t greet us or even speak to me. They continued to work while my children and I stood there waiting. I continued to wait longer. It ended up being over 5 more minutes and still NO ONE said nothing to me. The lady at the drive thru window looked right at me and still didn’t help me or speak to me. I wasnt going to continue standing there and be ignored. I ended up leaving. Its very disrespectful unprofessional to make a customer wait that long to be helped. They didn’t even acknowledge me. The place was empty and 1 car at the drive thru window. Im never coming to this location again. Never in my life have I ever came into a restaurant and was ignored like that. They should greet there customers instead of ignoring them. ???

Service and food are not that great.If you really want a good experience go to the A&W in Visalia they have the best service employees and the best food and drinks in the valley
