I arrived just after 8 PM and ordered a #5, intending to swap the drink for a milkshake, fully aware that it would cost extra. However, I was informed that the shake machine was out of service for the night, so I requested tea instead, but they didn’t have that either. When I drove up to collect my food, the fries were cold. I asked for a fresh batch and eventually received them. Then I took a bite of my chicken sandwich, and to my dismay, it was COLD—not just lukewarm, but genuinely cold, clearly having been sitting out for quite some time. I was incredibly disappointed! I recommend not wasting your money here.

I get that beef prices have gone up, but there are plenty of other places serving better food for less. You need to reconsider your pricing because the food just isn’t worth it right now. Improve your service, slogan, or product—otherwise, you’re going to lose customers. I really like your place, but changes need to be made.

The mac and cheese was so cold, it seemed forgotten and not properly reheated before being packed. The chicken bacon sandwich raised concerns about whether it was cooked properly, so we ended up throwing it away. The wrap contained only chicken, even though we paid extra for onions and lettuce. After waiting more than 25 minutes, this was the meal we received. For $30, nothing was acceptable. We've tried Arby's four times now, and each visit has been worse than the last. No more chances—this is our final, never-again experience.
