Typical Arby's but with a slightly different layout of the counter for ordering and pickup. The gal taking our order seemed to be struggling with the ordering terminal and the order process was a bit slow. However, the order was ready promptly and was served hot. Good value, good food.
It was one of the worse experience in my life. The entire crew was racist and didn't want to serve me. It took almost 10 minutes to get my order taken. Then my order was handed to me incomplete. I felt uncomfortable and as I sat outside the crew kept comingover to look like I was going to do something. Definitely do not go to this establishment if you are of color. In 2022 racism isalive in Indiana!!!!!
It wasn't their fault but their Wi-Fi was down and I had to leave the drive-thru and go inside to get my order. The food was okay but a little bit soggy when I got home to eat all in all good but could have been better. Feel like maybe for theinconvenience I should have had a free fry or something
