It was one of the worse experience in my life. The entire crew was racist and didn't want to serve me. It took almost 10 minutes to get my order taken. Then my order was handed to me incomplete. I felt uncomfortable and as I sat outside the crew kept comingover to look like I was going to do something. Definitely do not go to this establishment if you are of color. In 2022 racism isalive in Indiana!!!!!
It wasn't their fault but their Wi-Fi was down and I had to leave the drive-thru and go inside to get my order. The food was okay but a little bit soggy when I got home to eat all in all good but could have been better. Feel like maybe for theinconvenience I should have had a free fry or something
Manger is extremely rude and disgruntled towards guests. Wanted to argue over anything. Just a very snotty person. She ruined the Arby?s name. I will never return.
This cannot be Arby?s, this is by far the best one ever!!!!. They were prompt, friendly and I literally had my food before I got done paying. Talk about amazing customer service. Job well done to the crew! Keep up the good work.
One of the better Arby's I've been to. We signed in around noon on a Wednesday. Bathroom was clean. Service was fast. Ordered the 4 for $10 roast beef. Sandwiches were hot and tasted great ????
