A long time ago, if you asked me what my thoughts were about Moes, I wouldn't even have considered it. very bad experience in another place for the first time. What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
We go a lot because my kids love it. I keep saying? Never again? Maybe this time when the kids insist? At least 50% of the time items are missing and/or are incorrect. In the last weeks (or months? the cheese has not even been melted on the Quesadillas. I called up problems in the app several times and reported, but nothing came about, I finally gave up to report them, although it happens again and again. Today I had... View all feedback.
It was super busy when we left. Food and service was good. Friendly crew, tables have to be wiped off more often.
Got there just before Lunch rush, staff was very friendly, food was great!!!
So far, everything has been delicious, and the customer service has been great! I really love the salads!
I couldn't have chosen a better place to get dinner for a sick friend. Daniel, the manager, was incredibly helpful in making sure I had everything I needed for a member of my church. Thank you, Daniel! You're the best!
On Monday, we went a bit earlier to avoid the crowds. The value and quality of food you get for the price is hard to match. This location has attentive staff, a clean atmosphere, and service that was very fast.
